Carol has almost 20 years of experience as an Executive Director in the not-for-profit sector and is a passionate workforce and community development specialist. Carol has worked closely with governments, economic development, business and community organizations to connect those seeking employment with meaningful opportunities in their communities. Carol has implemented many projects in partnership with organizations supporting youth, indigenous populations, immigrants/refugees and persons with disabilities to increase the employment
successes of their clients.

Susan Gordon is the Provincial Transition Coordinator for the New Brunswick Association for Supported Services and Employment (NBASSE). Working for NBASSE provides her the opportunity to be a part of strategizing, developing and implementing the highest standards of service with the ESSP members and to advocate for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Provincial Transition Coordinator – Francophone Agencies
Luc LeBlanc is a Provincial Transition Coordinator for the New Brunswick Association for Supported Services and Employment (NBASSE). His goal is to bring new ideas to the table and think outside the box to find solutions to the obstacles faced by ESSP agencies. Luc’s dedicated to helping people. His inclination towards the employment sector and his love for training and development brought him to NBASSE. He is excited to have the opportunity to work on a project he is inspired by and connects with.
